We’re proud to share the first results of our post-stay guest feedback collector. Throughout August, we worked hand in hand with the team at Effect Hotels to tackle a common challenge: 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗷𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀.

Ranova is growing: Meet our newest founding member
We’re excited to share a big milestone for Ranova! Marco Dominici, General Manager of the Eringer Hotel in Switzerland, is joining our founding team.
Marco brings years of experience leading hotels and will help us get even closer to closing the loop on guest feedback. Together, we’re doubling down on our mission: helping hoteliers turn guest feedback into real actions and stronger results.
